What happens when you work with us
Every step, what you hold at the end of each one, and when you see a number. Written so you can forward it to whoever decides with you.
Timo Schoenen and Giovanni Orzes
If someone sent you this page
At Compound Growth, two people do the work: Timo Schoenen on the commercial side and Giovanni Orzes on the technical side. They take operational ownership of your online channel on an external contract. Everything they build is set up in your company's accounts, or transferred to you. You keep all rights and access. The first call is with Luisa Gomez Correa, their Head of Sales and Legal, and Giovanni. After it, the work starts with a diagnostic that names what is holding growth back. The fee is set after that, in writing, and walked through with you on a call before anything is signed. At each review point written into the proposal, you decide how it continues.

1. The call
30 minutes, free. You'll talk to Luisa, our Head of Sales and Legal, and Giovanni. Before the call, we look at your shop from the outside. On it, we talk about your numbers, your stack and who decides what. You hold
An honest answer on whether this fits. You decide
2. The diagnostic
A fixed piece of work, scoped in writing before you commit. We measure before we recommend anything. Where does your revenue come from? Do your shop platform, analytics and ad accounts report the same numbers? Where do people drop out between visit and order? Do customers come back? What do your agencies and tools actually return? And the question everything else depends on: is growth held back by demand, by what you can deliver, or by where you're allowed to sell? The diagnostic is free if the first call shows a fit.

A written diagnostic: the one thing to fix first and what it costs you each month, what to build and in what order, and a call where we walk you through it. Yours to keep, and you can act on it with anyone. You decide
Walked through, never just emailed
The proposal, walked through
If it makes sense to continue, you get a proposal with a written scope, a fixed fee and a review point. We walk you through it on a call, line by line, ideally with everyone who decides, and every term gets a plain explanation. You hold
Scope, fee and review point in writing, before you sign anything. You decide
3. Build and run
We take operational ownership of the channel: the strategy, the weekly decisions, choosing and managing your agency partners, and being accountable for the numbers. At the same time we build what the diagnostic says is missing: tracking you can trust, conversion, email and retention, and automation that takes manual work off your team. You hold
A channel that works, documented as we go, set up in your accounts or transferred to you. You keep all rights and access.Your call at every review
At each review point written into the proposal: keep us running it, change the scope, or take it in-house. If you want to take it in-house, we plan who takes over with you, and how that works is written into the proposal before you sign. You hold
Every option. Everything is in your accounts or transferred to you, so none of them is a hard conversation. You decide at every review
What happens after you say yes
- Access first. You give us access to your platform, analytics, email and ad accounts, as users you control.
- One set of numbers. We reconcile revenue across platform, analytics and ads, so every decision after that uses the same figures.
- The first fix. We start on the one thing the diagnostic named, not on everything at once.
- The rhythm starts: a weekly decision call, a monthly one-pager and quarterly planning.
What “operational ownership” means
- We're accountable for the channel working: the plan, the weekly decisions, the partners and the numbers.
- You keep every right, every account and every login. It's operational. We take no rights from you.
- Where we start something new for you, such as a new Shopify store, it's set up and then transferred to you.
- We're accountable for what we control: tracking, conversion, search, retention, and how your partners perform. Your product, what you charge and your stock stay your decisions. Risk follows control.
The rhythm
- Weekly: a decision call. Decisions get made and written down.
- Monthly: a one-pager. What moved, what it's worth, what's next.
- Quarterly: planning. The strategy and priorities for the quarter ahead.
- Review: at a point we agree before we start, we check progress against what we agreed.
- Always: if it isn't moving and the reason is us, we say so.

How the fee is set
Scope decides it. Four things set it:
- How much is broken underneath: tracking, product data, platform.
- How many agency partners and channels we steer for you.
- How many markets and languages you sell in.
- Whether you need both of us or one: commercial leadership alone, or commercial and technical together.
The more your team runs itself, the less of us you need.
The diagnostic ends with a written scope and a fixed fee. You see both before you commit, and we walk you through them on a call.
Why there's no price list: scope decides the number, and we'd rather quote one we can stand behind than a “from” that changes on the call.
What you're not risking
- Everything is set up in your accounts, or transferred to you. You keep all rights and access.
- The diagnostic is yours to keep, whoever does the work.
- We agree a review point before we start. If it isn't moving and the reason is us, we say so.
- How you take it in-house is written into the proposal. Everything is documented as we build it.
- Exit terms are agreed in writing and walked through on the call.
