What you get, in plain terms

Three layers, built in order. Each one makes the next one work. Skipping ahead is how money gets wasted.

Which layer comes first depends on your constraint. That's why we start with the diagnostic, not a menu. The diagnostic is free if the first call shows a fit. You have it within 7 working days.

What sits underneath a shop. We build it from the bottom up.

Layer 1

Foundation

The problem: your numbers disagree, so every decision is a guess.

  • A platform that can carry growth: a review of your shop and how it's built, on Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Numbers that agree: tracking that reconciles, with Google Analytics 4 and tag setup.
  • No data lost to browsers and ad blockers: server-side tracking where it matters.
  • Products that show correctly wherever they're listed: clean product data and product feeds.
  • A shop that loads fast and stays secure: site speed and security.

When it's done: one set of numbers everyone trusts.

Layer 2

Growth you own

The problem: growth costs more every quarter because it all comes from paid traffic.

  • More visitors become customers: checkout, landing pages and testing.
  • Customers who find you through search: category and product pages built to be found.
  • Customers who order again: automated emails, loyalty, the second order.
  • More places to sell: marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, and product content.

Before we scale anything, we check whether customers come back. If they don't, retention comes first. More traffic into a shop nobody returns to raises the cost of every sale.

When it's done: revenue that grows without growing ad spend at the same rate.

Layer 3

Running it

The problem: nobody senior decides, so nothing gets decided.

  • A plan everyone works to: the strategy, reviewed in quarterly planning.
  • Partners held to numbers: choosing, briefing and managing your agency partners.
  • Decisions that get made: a weekly decision call, and a monthly one-pager on what moved, what it's worth and what's next.
  • Less manual work for your team: automation where it pays off.
  • Documentation from day one, shared with you. How you take it in-house is written into the proposal.

Automation, without the hype: two questions before we automate anything. Does it make more money? Is it the actual constraint? If the answer to either is no, we don't build it.

Our own tools: we built our own automation and AI tools, and they do much of the production work. That is how two senior people cover the whole role.

When it's done: a channel that runs, documented so your team could take it over.

When the constraint is access

Sometimes the demand is there and you could deliver it, but a rule, a licence, a territory or a partner stops you selling. Then the job is to open the market first:

  1. We name the blocker precisely: which rule, which territory, which partner.
  2. We find and coordinate the specialist who already solves it for a living. We don't become the licensed operator.
  3. Only then do we point demand at the market it opens.

We never suggest a grey route. If there isn't a compliant one, we say so.

  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Search Console
  • Klaviyo
  • Ahrefs
  • Sistrix
  • Hotjar

We use what most agencies and hires already know, so your team isn't locked into us. We don't push tools. We use yours where they work and replace them where they don't.

What we don't do: run paid media as a service, or sell a website on its own. We choose and steer the partners who run it.

Everything we build is set up in your accounts, or transferred to you. You keep all rights and access.
